About Me
With a background in educational psychology and family counseling, I have worked with kids and families in many settings from schools to in home counseling and even in the juvenile justice system. I became a parent coach to support parents in working through their own generational trauma, triggers, and blind spots and move to a place of connection with their families.
When I'm not coaching, you'll find me hiking with my 4 boys, hitting the trails for a run, or headed to the beach. I'm currently on a personal mission to see all of Florida's state parks.
