About Me
I am a mother of two and certified Parent Coach through the Jai Institute for Parenting.
I'm passionate about coaching because, gosh darn it, they don't hand out a user manual for these things! Parenting can be overwhelming, overstimulating, and just plain hard, and so often parents go to bed at night wondering, "why am I like this?!" But it doesn't have to be this way. I believe that parenting can be bold, joyful, fearless, compassionate, and fulfilling — for parent AND child. Sometimes, all we need is a little bit (or a LOT) of support. That support has made all the difference for me, and that's the gift I want to give back.
When not coaching, Jess can be found writing speculative fiction, building LEGO with her spouse, hosting impromptu dance parties with her two spunky kids, or doing anything that gets her mind and body creative.
