About Me
I am a single mom to two beautiful and unique souls, ages six and ten. I am also mom to a neurodivergent child and I know well how challenging daily life can be when your child is differently wired. In addition to parent coaching, I am a musician and music educator with degrees in music therapy and sacred music.
I became a parenting coach because I wanted a different kind of relationship with my kids. I was tired of yelling, punishing, threatening, and shutting down. I had read so many books and followed so many parenting experts, but I just couldn’t make the concepts stick - I always reverted back to being an angry, exhausted, burned out mom. Through transformational parenting coaching, I was able to change not only my parenting, but my life!
I was able to start building a relationship with my kids that was based on connection, trust, and mutual respect and I no longer found myself just managing behavior. Once I saw the shift in my own family, I knew I wanted to help others be the parents they always wanted to be.
