About Me

I am pediatrician in a private practice. Parenting coaching and behavior consultations are the most important parts of modern pediatric and adolescent medicine. I love coaching, because it is the natural, organic "treatment", which gives families lifetime resources and not just solving problems for time being through medications or "training" techniques. When I am not working, I love to practice and teach yoga, and enjoy all kind of outdoors activities, including canoeing and rowing. In a modern world we all have a "nature deficit" and I am trying to prescribe Nature to all my patient. I love to read and I get a lot of inspiration from books , both ancient ones like "Yoga Sutras" of Patanjali and modern ones like "The mountain is you" by Brianna Weist. My clients are getting lists of recommended literature they love.
