About Me
Hi! I am Laura! A mom of 5 kids, now ages 12-19 years old and yes, they are all mine! I am married to their dad, who is the comedian of the family and keeps us laughing with the shenanigans of our large family.
In our wonderful gaggle of kids, we have Micro Preemie Graduate Twins who were in the NICU for 121 days and at the time of their unplanned early birth, we had a 7-, 5-, and 3-year-old as well and no outside help (which I don’t recommend). I breastfed all my babies into their toddler years, yes even the preemies!
I am a work from home mama, and I created a work life to be in a position so that I was raising our kids, and I didn’t have to put them into daycare.
I know what it is like to juggle the chaos with kids’ schedules, (especially when they get into activities outside as they get older) a busy home life, navigating a business and actually making money at it, as well as doing it with a spouse whose own work schedule has often left me functioning as a solo parent.
I have always had a deep heartfelt passion to support other parents, and have done so for more than 20 years. When I began using the connective parenting tools, I will teach you, I saw the most amazing and positive change and peace within my family and home.
