About Me
Hi, I am Jiani Lim and I help parents “Yell Less and Connect More” using my unique P.A.C.E. Approach to parenting. I coach individual parents or couples who wish to build a positive relationship with their child.

The P.A.C.E. Approach focuses on each parent’s set of values, parenting styles, and personalities to form a set of strategies and tools unique to each parent or couple.
I am PCI Certified Parent Coach® and have been an early childhood educator for 19 years. I have journeyed in my teaching career from yelling at children as my only strategy to now having a toolkit full of strategies for connecting with children. I developed the P.A.C.E. approach to empower parents so they can use the same strategies to have a calm and peaceful home.
As your parent coach, I will support and guide you in your unique parenting journey without judgement. I honor the courage it takes to share your story and make yourself vulnerable to grow as a parent. Through the P.A.C.E Approach, I will invite you to discover your innate parenting wisdom, building on your strengths and creativity to navigate your challenges and be the parent you wish to be.
