About Me

Parenting can feel like a never-ending maze of decisions, emotions, and expectations. From managing your child’s meltdowns to wondering if you're doing enough, it's easy to feel overwhelmed, exhausted, or even disconnected from the joyful moments you once hoped for.

That’s why I started Empowering Growth Coaching—to walk alongside parents who are ready to rediscover clarity, build confidence, and lead their families with purpose.

I come to this work with over a decade of experience in education, coaching, and family partnership. My journey began in classrooms across the U.S., China, and South America, where I worked with students, parents, and educators to create inclusive and empowering environments. I’ve served as an Emerging Technology Specialist at Sacred Heart Schools, led development and coaching initiatives at The Airplane Spoon, and supported equity-focused innovation at StreetCode Academy. But it was the one-on-one moments—sitting with a student through a tough day, helping a parent find their footing again—that showed me the deep power of connection and reflection.

Through PCI’s research-based coaching certification, I’ve learned how to translate those experiences into a proven coaching framework that is empathetic, collaborative, and rooted in human development. My practice is designed to help parents make lasting, transformational changes—not through quick fixes, but through small, intentional shifts that ripple throughout their family system.
