Parenting can be a reinvention of our identity. It can be a mirror to explore your strengths and personal growth opportunities. Through coaching with me it will be. You will find your authentic parenting style and goals making it easier to raise your beautiful children.

I’d love to share a wealth of experience and knowledge with you, so you don’t have to work as hard as I did. I've read the books, attended the conferences, talked to the teachers, therapists, doctors, counselors, listened to the podcasts, created parent workshops, created neuro-affirming social groups, and advised school leadership. All of this gives me a unique understanding of how best to coach parents with spicy kiddos. Coaching with me will expedite your ability to raise your child/ren in your unique way but with more skills, confidence, support, and encouragement. I will not tell you what to do but will ask non-judgmental questions leading you to your truth, your parenting power.

Walking by myself one day I had an ah-ha moment: “My children were not what I expected but they were exactly what I needed.” Eventually I began to think, “How lucky am I for this opportunity to grow.” These statements became my mantra.
