About Me
Sometimes we find ourselves in a struggle, challenge, or battle with our children and we might end up digging our heels in on the issue, which often leads to more arguing and less connection. We feel angry, triggered, and discouraged and so do our children. That is not what we want at all and it is certainly not how we dreamed parenting would look.
Parents come to me with a wide variety of challenges, from behavioral issues (like bedtime and mealtime battles) to disrespect, homework and chore battles, anxiety, and the biggest modern problem of all, screen time. I help parents with kids of all ages, from toddlers to teens and beyond, to learn how to set healthy boundaries, understand why their children act the way they do, and create deep, lasting, loving connections with their children. Together, we build upon what is already working and create a dream vision for their family’s future. Then, we go about taking the steps to get them there. I have witnessed family relationships transform through my coaching. Where there once was tension, resentment, fear, and disappointment, there blooms joy, gratitude, and deep, loving connection.
