About Me

I am a Colorado native. My husband and I have 3 children who are now grown. We have 4 amazing grandkids! We are blessed to be close to all of our children and to be involved in the lives of our grandkids on a daily basis. Each of our 3 children is neurodiverse and unique in their own way. This has given me a clear perspective and experience on things such as ADHD, Sensory Processing Disorder, anxiety, and eating disorders. Each of these can put a strain on a family!

I decided to pursue a career as a parenting coach when I saw how many parents so desperately wanted to have a good relationship with their kids, but were instead barely surviving. I wanted to use what I had learned on my parenting journey to help parents not just survive but thrive!

I was able to spend many years as a stay-at-home mom, homeschooling my kids. What a blessing that was! Prior to that, I was a 6th-grade teacher and had the opportunity to pour into not only my students but their families as well.

One of my greatest accomplishments is the relationship I have not only with my children and grandchildren, but also the relationship they have with each other. I love seeing them hang out and laugh with each other. I had amazing support while raising my kids, and my goal is to be that support for other parents.
