I’m Chrissie, founder of The Expansive Parent — a mom of two and a grandmother.
Over the years, I’ve parented as a single mom, stepmom, foster parent, and adoptive parent, experiences that shaped how I understand healing, resilience, and connection.
Alongside my certifications in Integrative Nutrition (IIN) and Transformative Parenting (JAI), I bring decades of corporate leadership and coaching experience.
