About Me
I’m a proud mom to twin teenage sons whose energy and curiosity light up my life and keep me grounded in what matters most. As a certified coach, I love partnering with clients to shift mindsets, break cycles, find calm, and embrace joy so they can crush their parenting aspirations.
I lead transformation projects at a Fortune 500 life-sciences company, tackle home-improvement adventures with my husband, and cheer on my sons in their pursuits. As an avid athlete, you’ll find me at the CrossFit gym, biking around town, running while listening to podcasts, or walking our beagle. Exploring new cultures through travel and food is a family passion. I’m always on the lookout for the best coffee or kombucha, and if there’s a good tapas restaurant nearby, count me in!
