My journey into motherhood ignited a profound curiosity and a commitment to the principles of conscious parenting. With the arrival of my firstborn, I took the opportunity to revisit my own upbringing and attachment history, identifying patterns that weren’t serving me and discovering a path to a strong parent-child bond based on mutual trust, respect, and understanding.

My mission is to empower parents with the tools and knowledge they need to navigate the challenging and joyful moments of parenting. I am passionate about guiding individuals to connect with their true selves and to parent in alignment with their values, rather than adhering to societal expectations. My approach is rooted in supporting you, fostering authentic connections with your children, and becoming a calmer, grounded version of yourself.
