About Me

I’m Caroline, a parent coach with 20 years of experience working with children and their families. My journey has taken me from classrooms to conference stages to one-on-one sessions, always with the same mission: to help parents feel confident, connected, and supported as they raise kind, resilient kids.

What makes my coaching unique is my background in humane education. I believe deeply that parenting isn’t just about managing behavior—it’s about helping children grow into compassionate, thoughtful people. I bring this lens into every session, guiding parents to create homes filled with empathy, respect, and meaningful connection.

I especially love working with parents who are feeling overwhelmed by challenging behaviors or big emotions, and those who want to foster stronger relationships with their children. I meet families where they are, offering practical strategies paired with encouragement and understanding.

As a parent myself, I know firsthand how hard (and rewarding) this work is. I believe that all parents deserve support without judgment and that small, thoughtful changes can create a lasting impact.

When I’m not coaching, you can find me enjoying time with my family, writing children’s stories, or spending time near the ocean. I’m passionate about animal welfare, and I love finding ways to connect kids to nature and the world around them.
