Parenting is a long game, and I believe that the connection we build with our children today is what strengthens our relationships for years to come.

About Me

You know the saying, "been there, done that??" It's something I've sworn could be my life motto as being a parent of an older child who's grown and flown, and elementary school age child.

I believe this however, gives me a lot of experience and perspective when it comes to not only parenting, but helping my clients as well.

As a coach, I believe I can bring a balance of deep reflection and practical strategy. I believe that healing and change happen not just through awareness, but through intentional action.

My clients can expect a supportive, nurturing space where they feel truly heard and validated—because sometimes, that's the piece parents need most. But they can also expect to leave each session with tangible tools to support their growth, whether that’s learning more about attachment styles, nervous system regulation, or uncovering the deeper layers of their triggers.

Having a 27-year-old daughter and a 6-year-old daughter gives me a unique perspective. I know what it’s like to experience disconnection with a child and to feel the weight of wanting to do things differently. I also know that it’s never too late to repair and rebuild—my oldest daughter and I have been able to heal and strengthen our relationship in ways I never imagined possible.

That insight fuels my passion for helping parents of young children recognize that the work they do now lays the foundation for a strong, connected relationship in the years to come. I want parents to know, this work is about YOU, but you don't have to do it alone.

I’ve walked the path of breaking cycles, healing reactivity, and navigating single parenthood. I understand how hard it is to hold space for your child while also working through your own healing. Through my personal journey and professional training, I help parents break generational patterns and show up in ways that feel more aligned, intentional, and connected.

Because parenting isn’t just about getting through the hard moments—it’s about building trust, connection, and a lifelong relationship with our kids.
