About Me

I've been an avid lover of personal growth for as long as I can remember. When I had my first child, I thought I was so "ready"! I had no idea what I wild ride I was in for, and how much of my growth journey lay ahead of me, not behind me. In fact, I now know that parenthood is one of the most profound transformational portals that we humans can walk through, if we choose. It rocked me to my core and nearly took me down. But thanks to the profound support of skilled professionals and dedicated friends, I've emerged from my own crucible (forged by illness and parenthood) with so many parts of myself freed from the bonds of control and fear. Now I'm on a mission to escort parents through their own liberatory journey as parents. Fortified and emboldened with the love they have for their children, and pushed to their own limits by those very same magical creatures, they are ripe for transformation. And I am here for it!

Whether it is troubling conflict internally (self-doubt or fear) or externally (challenging behaviors in their kids), I help them unwind conditioned patterns that unconsciously keep them stuck in order to elicit lasting change, even after they've tried "everything". Working with me, parents discover the key to unlocking their own unique genius and start loving their role as a parent (once again or for the first time!).
