About Me

I am a Mother and eldest of seven siblings. Nurturing and parenting are truly my passions! I received my Parenting Coach Certification from the Jai Institute of Parenting. Through this journey, I have been able to gain a deeper understanding of the Parent-Child dynamic and help many families move into a more securely attached space of peace. I spent my earliest days as an athlete competing at the Division I collegiate basketball level, attending UC Irvine. Communication, strategy, and discipline are my strong points. There is nothing that lights me up more than teaching these tools to reduce stress and ways to raise resilient, secure, and confident kids. It is my life’s purpose to help families learn, grow, and heal in lasting ways.
