As a Caribbean single mom of five living in the United States, I bring my unique experience as the source of my ability to hold space and support other parents, caregivers, and just regular ol' folx who are working toward decolonizing their relationship to self and to the children they relate with on a day to day basis in their homes and in their communities.
About Me
I believe that as we move toward collective liberation we can find ourselves in very unique paths when we choose to relate intentionally not only to children in our parenting journeys, but most importantly with ourselves. As we continue to decenter individualism and recenter collective healing, I look forward to supporting those who are wanting to go deeper within themselves and tend to those generational patterns that may be showing up in their relationships today. When I'm not coaching, I am a Life Doula (as I call it) to my five kiddos, I support families as a birth and pregnancy companion, outside connecting with the trees or with my hands in the dirt, and close to a body of water whenever possible.
