I work with parents who feel disconnected and imbalanced, who feel stretched thin by their children and react in ways they don't want to. As a parent coach, I help you pause and reflect on your parenting so that together, we can create intentions and strategies that will help you find more connection and harmony within your family. Outside of this, I enjoy fitness, nutrition, antiques, reading, traveling, and slow mornings.
