It can be overwhelming at times, especially when you are dealing with the challenges of technology. That is where a parent coach comes in. It is a valuable resource that helps parents like us to develop effective parenting skills and strategies that work for each families unique situation.
As your parent coach, I will work with you to refine your goals and work to develop a personal path forward that focuses on strengths of the family. I will help you focus on your strengths to build new skills, express feelings, gain understanding of your children, and create the family life of your dreams.
