About Me
Amanda Jewart is the owner of Re-Root and a dedicated parent coach with over 20 years of experience in early childhood education, leadership, and child development. She specializes in supporting new parents and caregivers of children under 5, offering guidance rooted in developmental science, compassion, and connection. She also brings deep expertise in working with gifted and talented children, youth athletes, as well as those with neurodiversities—helping families feel empowered, seen, and supported every step of the way. Her work empowers caregivers to build intentional, connected relationships—raising children who feel seen, understood, and deeply supported.
A passionate advocate for children’s right to play and access to nature, she champions outdoor experiences and unstructured play as essential elements of childhood. Alongside her husband, she also co-owns a gymnastics school, where they’ve spent over 30 years nurturing young athletes and fostering programs that support the holistic well-being of youth in sports.
Outside of her professional roles, she finds joy and grounding in nature, outdoor adventures, her beloved mini-Aussies, and live music. She’s also a devoted partner in her husband’s ultra running and long-distance hiking pursuits.
