About Me
Experience is an important teacher; I bring to my clients more than 25 years of diverse professional and educational expertise working with children and families, along with a teaching certificate, Montessori Diploma, Master's Degree in Child Development, and a global certification in Parent Coaching.
Through my work in the fields of early childhood and education, and through my personal journey of motherhood, I've seen firsthand the intense pressure that children and parents face today. Families are struggling as a result of modern-day demands and distractions. Children need stable guides more than ever and parents need new skills and resources to navigate these turbulent waters.
With my support, parents find new patterns to replace old behaviors, while gaining deeper respect, connection, and empathy for themselves and their child(ren). With compassion and gratitude, we heal the parts that have been hurting and rebuild relationships from the inside out.
When I'm not with clients, I can usually be found replenishing my spirit by sending funny animal videos/memes to my 18-year old, reading, being in nature, and imagining what else is possible.
