About Me
I am deeply passionate about helping parents navigate the complexities of raising children in today's world. With a background in child psychology and contemplative practices, I offer compassionate and evidence-based guidance to support parents in fostering healthy relationships and nurturing their children's development.
After finishing my masters degree in Psychology, I experienced a life changing transformation through the essence of ancient wisdom teachings, that empowers the way we use our mind and shows how we can live with an open loving heart. I have been supporting people around the world for the last 15 years to find ease, stability and harmonious relationships.
After the birth of my son in 2018 I felt moved to focus on specializing myself in parenting and joined the Jai Institute of Parenting in 2023 to become a parenting coach.
I believe that all children deserve a nurturing and safe environment that fosters their well-being and happiness and are meant to be guided and loved by empowered parents who show up in their full potential.
I love to travel, learn from and be in different cultures and countries, do sports (running, cross-fit, yoga) and meditate, be out in nature, enjoying time with family and friends.
