About Me
As a parent coach, I apply the principles of attentive listening and compassionate support developed during my years as a medical massage and craniosacral therapist since 2012.
Drawing on my therapeutic background, I strive to create a safe and nurturing environment where parents feel heard, understood, and empowered to navigate the challenges of parenthood with confidence and clarity. It's incredibly fulfilling to witness the growth and transformation of the families I work with as they develop stronger, healthier parent-child relationships.
In addition to sound parent coaching practices, I offer guided meditations to support stress reduction and mind-body alignment.
I am particularly passionate about empowering parents to help their children navigate life's complexities by maintaining a healthy balance with digital technology, as its overwhelming presence can often be challenging and potentially disruptive.
Together, we focus on how to tune inward, uncover core strengths, and reassess priorities in order to live as our best selves. This infuses new vitality into family life, fostering balance, peace, and trust while nurturing both individual needs and collective well-being.
