I have learned that my superpowers, which include listening, vulnerability, and an ability to create and hold a space that feels warm, nourishing, and judgment free, are precisely what make me a great coach.
About Me
While I wear many hats, at the core of who I am is a set of values that guide my life and my work. I strive to embody these values, which include connection, well-being, self-reflection and liberation in the way I move through the world. As far as hats go, I am a mom of three, a non-profit founder, a professor, a friend, sister, daughter, auntie, and a coach.
Having experienced profound transformation through my work with an extraordinary coach, nothing brings me more joy than to be able to support others in their own transformation. When I am not coaching, you can find me doing any number of things.
A few of my favorite ways to regulate my own nervous system include spending quality time with my kiddos and my partner, lifting heavy weights, chatting with my close network of amazing friends, going for a walk (alone!), going to therapy, using my fidget toys (hello fellow ADHD parents!), or dancing solo in my living room.
