Eliza Humphreys, MD

About Me

Eliza Humphreys, MD, MPH, FAAP is a board certified pediatrician and certified parent coach. She has been in clinical practice for general pediatrics for over two decades. Recognizing the need for increased parental support among her patient population, while also confronting challenges in achieving work-life balance, raising her own family, she decided to pursue training in parent coaching and as a teacher of mindfulness self-compassion. She is a certified parent coach (Jai Institute) and a Trauma Informed Professional Coach (Lodestar) and a certified life coach (The Life Coach School). She is a committed student of meditation and is eager to help other parents find balance and live intentionally. In her spare time, Eliza tries to keep up with laundry, chases two boys down ski mountains and plays racquet sports recreationally.
