I don’t come in with a shiny clipboard and a perfect plan. I show up with lived experience, receipts from the healing trenches, and the kind of honesty that makes you exhale and say, “finally.”
About Me
I became a coach because I needed this work.
I was tired of yelling, apologizing, and wondering if I was messing up the people I love most.
Parenting brought up all my old wounds—and I wanted something deeper than “just take a deep breath", over and over and over again.
Now, I help other parents find real tools, real connection, and real relief in the middle of the chaos.
Not someday. Now.
I believe:
- You don’t need to be perfect to raise emotionally safe kids
- Your triggers don’t make you a bad parent
- Repair is more powerful than getting it “right” the first time
Outside of coaching, I’m usually crafting, voice-noting my feelings to friends, playing around with business aspects of social media because I love learning new stuff, rewatching comfort shows like Friends and Schitt's Creek, or doing drawing tutorials with the kiddos.
This isn’t just a job. It’s personal.
And I show up that way—every time.
