My favorite moments are when a mom lights up, realizing she already holds the wisdom and strength to create the change she desires. My role is simply to guide, support, and empower—because when parents thrive, families do too.

About Me

I’m Jessica Guerra, and my passion is helping parents create stronger, more connected relationships with their kids. As a mom, stepmom, and parent educator, I’ve experienced firsthand just how joyful—and downright challenging—parenting can be. Becoming a step-parent was a real wake-up call. I went from navigating toddler life to stepping into the world of middle schoolers—complete with their own parenting dynamics and unique personalities.

Let’s just say it wasn’t the warm and fuzzy vision I’d imagined of being an “extra person to love them.” Instead, I found myself in uncharted waters, learning to adapt with many failures to learn from along the way.

Parenting in a blended, bi-racial family has given me a unique perspective on navigating diverse dynamics, understanding different cultural influences, and building bridges between varying beliefs and experiences.

My journey into coaching started when I became a parent and quickly realized there’s no one-size-fits-all guide to raising kids (spoiler alert: Google doesn’t have all the answers). I dove into child development, generational healing, and attachment science— I was hooked and knew I HAD to share this information.

What sets me apart as a coach is my ability to hold a nonjudgmental space where parents feel seen, supported, and empowered. I believe you already have the tools to create the change you want—I’m just here to help you unlock them. I bring a mix of practical strategies, brain science, and heartfelt support, with a dash of humor, because, let’s be real, parenting without laughter is a long road.

When I’m not coaching, I’m likely baking, having a dance-off in my living room, going on some kind of nature exploration -water and land- (just learning rock climbing), playing cards, or diving into a new book.

I believe parenting isn’t about perfection—it’s about presence. It’s my honor to help families navigate the messy, beautiful journey of raising kids, one intentional step at a time.
