I’ve always loved teaching and and I have a gift for meeting others where they are at so that integration of new parenting paradigms and strategies are more accessible.
About Me
I believe in leaving the world better than I found it and in supporting others from having to go through the same hardships my family and I experienced. Find My ZenFam is a movement to make parent training a standard practice for all parents, just as we receive training for all the other jobs we do. I believe this movement has the power reduce anxiety, low self esteem and depression that is playing our world, which often originates from the child and caregiver dynamic.
I spend my free time with my 3 beautiful daughters and my amazing, supportive husband. I have several favorite hobbies: yoga, biking, beaching, volleyball, pickleball, reading, live music and traveling.
