About Me
I’m Julie, mom to three energetic boys whose enthusiasm, laughter, and daily chaos fill our home—and keep me on my toes. Parenting them is the greatest joy of my life. Whether we’re traveling, soaking up the sun at the beach, riding bikes around the neighborhood, battling it out in driveway basketball games, or snuggling up for family movie nights, our life is active, messy, and full of love.
For nearly two decades, I worked at Google, helping professionals learn, grow, and build confidence. Along the way, I realized those same principles of growth and transformation could help families thrive. That insight, along with my own parenting journey, led me to become a certified parent coach through the Jai Institute for Parenting and launch C3: Connection Coaching & Consulting.
When I’m not coaching or with my boys, you’ll usually find me recharging at hot yoga or laughing with friends and family—so I’m ready for the next round of parenting adventures.
