About Me

Hey, you found me! I'm Kiante and I am full of energy... I am married with two lovely, strong-willed, (want to be) independent girls. They keep me on my toes all the time and I love them dearly. They are in everything from dance recitals and competitions to swim classes and girls’ scouts (two separate troops). I have a strong love for problem-solving... and I am always on the move! Which is why time management and teamwork are so important to me.

As a kid I was diagnosed with ADHD. My ADHD over the years has helped me to become super organized and a critical thinker... I am always looking for ways to make things easier and simpler. Once I became a parent though, it was a huge challenge for me, I was yelling more, becoming frustrated all the time and my anxiety/stress was at an all-time high. I soon realized that this is NOT the relationship that I wanted for me and my kids. I quickly started to dive into books and figure out the "right way"... but it wasn't working. As soon as I got upset or frustrated it all went out the window. Until I found Jai!

The connection was made, and I have a newfound relationship with my kids built on connection, unconditional love, boundaries, and mutual respect. I love my journey sooo much, that I wanted to guide other to find the same sense of control within their life that I now have! I believe that there is no such thing as a perfect parent, no one has it all together, ALL the time. The most important thing is understanding why you parent the way you do, and, learning how to parent the way you WANT to parent. I am here to build that connection for you!

When I am not coaching, you can find me making crafts, T-shirts, printables, watching superhero TV shows and movies, eating my plant-based meals, and hanging out with my fam!!! Hope we can connect soon =)
