About Me
As a mom of two boys, I have experience raising 2 under 2 - my boys are my world but I found it difficult to manage schedules and be the source of comfort for two small children. By understanding my triggers and reactions, I’ve been able to not only survive, but remove myself from survival mode through the exact program I teach. I believe that raising children shouldn’t be a chore.
My favorite thing in the world is to see the amazing impact that this coaching program has had on the lives of so many. Outside of parent coaching, I work with parents as a sleep consultant and moderate a moms group on Facebook. I believe it takes a village and I would love to welcome you into ours.
