My coaching is warm, practical, and grounded. I’m not here to judge—I’m here to help you feel more connected, more confident, and more supported as you raise the incredible human in front of you.
About Me
Motherhood has been the most meaningful and humbling adventure of my life. I became a parent through adoption, and raising my now 15-year-old son has shaped me in ways I could never have imagined. My path has been full of joy, challenge, growth, and course corrections—experiences that ultimately led me to the Jai Institute for Parenting. Their work helped me rebuild connection and steadiness in my own home, and I knew I wanted to share that sense of relief and possibility with other families.
At the heart of my work is a simple belief: parents deserve support, and children deserve to feel seen, safe, and valued. Coaching allows me to walk alongside families as they reconnect, communicate more clearly, and find their way back to each other. It’s work that feels deeply meaningful and aligned with who I am.
When I’m not coaching, you can usually find me out in the community or outdoors enjoying the best of Northern California. I love being near the ocean, hiking local trails, biking, and kayaking on the Petaluma River. I’m active in our Petaluma community—a Blue Zones city committed to building healthy, connected neighborhoods—and I value the friendships and relationships that grow out of that involvement. I also love spending time with friends, visiting art museums, going to movies, reading, and listening to all kinds of music, from jazz to rock to hip hop. And of course, time with my family—my son, my nieces and nephews, my parents, and my sisters—is always what fills me up the most.
Coaching feels like an extension of the life I’m already living: rooted in connection, community, curiosity, and the belief that every family has the capacity to grow and thrive.
