Hi! I'm Michelle Tovar, parent coach, owner of Practical Life Parenting and a Montessori teacher of 25 years.
My mission is to help you learn respectful discipline tools with less yelling and more cooperation.
As a certified Jai Parenting Coach, Montessorian, ESE educator for over 25 years, I know unique strategies parents need. I know what works!
I’m a first-generation Colombian-American raising 3 boys (17, 15, 10) in a complex digital fast-moving world which makes it harder than ever to parent.
I am passionate about helping parents break cultural & generational patterns that are no longer serving them.
How can parents do better when the only “training” they’ve had was how they were parented in a completely different time?
