About Me
I grew up in a traditional Latino authoritarian home where I was raised to be tough which meant not showing emotions or being vulnerable. After I had my first son (I have two boys who are 15 months apart in age) I was parenting in the only way I knew from disconnection, reactivity, frustration, and confusion.
After I started learning about conscious parenting I was full speed to learning, growing, thriving and breaking the cycle. I have studied a multitude of parenting resources as well as EFT tapping, shadow work, and mindfulness practices.
My goal is to help parents break cycles of punishment, reactivity, and disconnect towards a more fulfilling peaceful connection with them selves and their children.
