About Me
I have had the honor and privilege of being a Parent Coach for almost 20 years. I graduated from the PCI® in the early 2000’s and have worked with hundreds of families to help them create the family life that they desired and deserved. Since then, I have operated a private practice (The Parent Guide, LLC) helping parents whose children have ADHD. For the last five years, I have also been a Parent Coach at the Hallowell/Todaro ADHD Center in Seattle, Washington, and meet virtually with clients of the Hallowell/Todaro ADHD Center in Palo Alto, California.
As a parent coach, I am committed to helping parents understand the gifts of ADHD, unlock its potential, provide them with tools and strategies, and support them on their family journey. I believe that every family and every child is unique and special.
Before I became a parent coach, I was a teacher and also a tutor/coach working with an educational therapist to help children who had ADHD and other learning difficulties. I am married with three grown daughters and my entire family has the gift of ADHD. I have four grandchildren and hope that all of them are also blessed with ADHD.
