Being a parent, a teacher for over twenty years, a certified parent coach, and a certified youth resiliency coach has given me a wealth of experience and skills for working with parents dealing with tough issues.
About Me
The greatest strength in my life is my family, namely my wife and my two teenage daughters. My passion for coaching grew from my own experience as a parent - my wife and I continuously talk about our children, our parenting, what's working, what's not, and it never gets old. I believe that parenting is, unequivocally, the most important part of creating healthy people, healthy families, and healthy societies. I also believe that parents often need just a slight nudge in the right direction, or a small new realization for them to make huge changes in the way they parent. This can bring about lasting and profound changes in the family. That is why I coach. I love traveling with my family, playing music, tennis, and spending time in nature. I love laughing with my friends and family, and I always try to bring a sense of humor into the work I do.
