About Me
Welcome! I'm a trauma-informed life coach and licensed therapist with over 25 years of experience in guiding individuals to a more fulfilling life path. My journey is dedicated to helping you break free from the barriers that hold you back, be it fear, anger, anxiety, or chronic conflict.
In my unique approach to Life Coaching, I blend evidence-based practices with a client-centered focus. I believe in empowering my clients to connect deeply with their life force, pushing through limiting beliefs and uncovering mental and emotional blockages. This leads to realignment not just emotionally and spiritually, but also energetically.
Outside of my professional life, I'm an entrepreneur and a mom, who splits her time between Florida and the beautiful Caribbean coast of Mexico. My family includes my husband Nicola, our twins Nicolas and Nadia, two dogs, and a cat. My passions include cooking, enjoying beach days, traveling, and cherishing still days with no agenda.
