About Me
I’m a parent, step-parent, grandparent, preschool teacher, and nationally board-certified massage therapist. I combine my bodywork, mindfulness, and relaxation skills with my playful nature and love for children and parents. I offer coaching, classes, and resources to support parents on their inner journey to understand themselves and their parenting, as well as co-creation of strategies and solutions for everyday family flow.
