About Me
Hi! I'm a couples and family therapist in training and am parent to a 15-year old and an 8-year old. I've been an unschooling parent for over a decade now and I love advocating for children's autonomy, dignity and joy. I believe that when we parent from an embodied place, we can access our capacity for connection, compassion and collaboration more readily and it's what I help parents do. I love to dance and am a certified Blue Belt Nia teacher and a conscious dance practitioner. I live in a cohousing community and believe that we are meant to parent with mutual support and solidarity with the collective.
