About Me
Parenting is the most rewarding journey and yet very challenging every step of the way. As your coach, I am here to help you navigate, enjoy the process, and raise authentic and resilient children. As a social worker (MSW) for over 25 years and PCI certified parent coach, I offer personalized support and evidence-based strategies to empower you and help you navigate the unique dynamics of your family. In my years of experience, I have worked with families from many different countries, which has enriched my skills and understanding to be culturally aware and responsive.
In addition to my professional background, I am a mother of 4 adult children, and I know firsthand what you are going through trying to see the light at the end of the tunnel while enjoying the moment. It is not easy, but it can be done with the right coach on your side.
